We went out on a boat with Kazuhisa Funaki who has been fishing in the Akita Oga’s Peninsula for over 20 years. He showed us how to catch fish in the traditional ‘Kaburatsuri’ way and the best way to preserve the fish for the freshest sashimi. This documentary film was created to promote tourism in the Akita Prefecture.
