Radical Orange is expanding its production and social teams and are looking for a new Social Media Executive and Production-Assistant who is excited to start in a full-time role. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most innovative international production companies and travel publishers in Asia.

Someone who just loves social or just production. This role will be a combination of the two and we need someone who has a passion for both as they’re deeply interlinked.

What will you be doing

You will be working on large campaigns for the world’s biggest brands and smaller campaigns for local companies. Always creating a quality story.

Manage, update and create content for Radical Orange’s social channels

SEO and generation of inbound traffic

Plan, implement and update various content calendars

Assist in general production (location searches, talent, treatments, estimates, supplier searches, crew bookings, general research)

Assist on shoots as a Production-Assistant

Manage smaller projects

What skills, qualities and experience do we need

General

A finished degree in a relevant field and 1-2 years experience within an agency. You know how to work in a professional environment and you know how our clients think and what they expect from us.

Excellent researcher and written English skills

Great attention to detail – you are a perfectionist!

Great phone and email manner

Social

Deep knowledge of the major social channels: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, IGTV, LinkedIn and Twitter.

Understanding of Photoshop, Indesign, Numbers and Pages

Understanding of WordPress

Understanding of Facebook Power Editor and Ads Manager

Experience with paid social and targeting a bonus

Production

Good understanding of all the different web formats and codecs for videos and stills

Basic Editing Skills would be great (Adobe Premiere Pro)

A good sense of design.

Reaching out and managing influencers
